Customer Centric Modelling

What is customer centric modelling?


Modelling in order to create a new customer experience or proposition at point of sales (websites, contact center) and after sales (helpdesk).

This enables organizations to differentiate from competitors with other customer experiences and propositions.


If you model your business, information and technology coherently (ie. you create your enterprise architecture) be sure to keep your customer in the center of attention. And create visuals that can be understood by all stakeholders!

It seems easy but often there are three models without any customer in sight and visuals only a professor can understand!
